We understand how frustrating ordering online can be at times. We want to make your ordering experience as painless as possible. To that end:

• Orders are accepted and processed in real-time on the website with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover. We also support payment via PayPal, credit card by fax or check/money order through the mail.
• All products are clearly listed on the site as being IN-STOCK or ON-ORDER. We don't want to put anybody in the position of having paid for something that isn't in stock.
• We are located in New England (Northeast United States) and ship DAILY via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail. Orders will generally ship no later than the next business day. Priority Mail should take no more than 3 days to arrive. Priority Mail within New England may even arrive the next day! We ship international orders via USPS as well, using fast and economical airmail or Global Priority Mail for orders overseas.
• We are focused on customer service and pledge to answer emails within one business day of receipt. Waiting for days (or weeks!) to get a response back from a vendor is inexcusable. We won't put anybody through that.
• We have clear photographs of nearly all of our products on the site so you know what it is you are buying - no surprises.
• We work with conscientious suppliers around the world. All of our products are plantation grown in non-deforested areas or wildcrafted under strict ethical guidelines.
• Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If a problem arises with an order please contact us at info@cieloherbals.com to discuss the situation. In lieu of refunds we will sometimes issue credit towards other products on our site.
• International Customers: Please note that all international customers order at their own risk. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit internationally, returned by customs or agricultural control or destroyed due to the laws of your country. We rarely have problems with international orders, but they do happen on occasion. Sometimes these problems can be solved with our assistance. Feel free to contact us if a problem arises where we can help. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CONFISCATED BY YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS AUTHORITY.
